Sir, thanks for sharing this. I'm visiting my sister and her hubby in Lord's Bank Village Belize. We were iguana watching. We saw 7 of them. 3 green ones, 2 brown ones and 2 orange ones. They were going after the green ones but they jump off the trees. I'm so fascinated by these and nature. I'm from Belize, this my first time home in 36 years and I'm enjoying every moment of my time..

Guys I have two blue iguanas as pets both are amazing more my kids than pets and both have unique personalities. And i guess I have you to thank for the repopulation of this beautiful reptile, mine are still young and very mischievous but so much love and respect is given back. Though I find my male to be super chilled and cuddly my female likes to run riots around the house and garden. She is seriously nuts. So guys from Wales in the UK thank you so much x

In 2004 there were only twelve blue iguanas left in 2011 they've grown into 200.

I was down on Grand Cayman last year and was able to see some of these in the wild. They are absolutely, stunningly beautiful. The locals have become extremely protective of them after they were driven almost into extinction.

The iguana is so pretty. Blue is my second favorite color cause it’s close to purple I wish they had a purple iguana 😩💜💙
